What the form does
The enquiry form uses the information you enter to prepare a trip brief or a published Standard package quote or flagship price guide in your browser. Completing the form alone does not send your details or reserve a place. When you select Send enquiry, your form fields, reviewed trip brief and originating page are sent securely to Formspree for delivery to info@cksafaris.com. Formspree processes and stores submissions under its privacy terms. The application does not save entered personal form fields in its own cookies, local storage or database. Your analytics choice is saved on your device. Recognised marketing campaign parameters may accompany your enquiry; with analytics consent, those parameters are also retained for your browser session. Completing the short expedition enquiry sends details only when you select Request Expedition Details.
What you may choose to share
The form asks for trip preferences, guest numbers, pricing edition, name, email, phone and photography experience. International guests can add flight information. Only include information relevant to planning; do not enter card numbers, passport copies, identity-document numbers or detailed medical records.
When you contact Chetan
After you review the brief and select Send enquiry, CK Safaris receives your enquiry by email. WhatsApp and Instagram remain optional secondary contact methods. Those services handle data under their own privacy terms. Chetan uses information you send to discuss and plan your requested journey; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Downloads and your device
Itineraries are public, ungated downloads. A downloaded personal quote or request contains the contact details you entered, so keep it somewhere appropriate. Your browser may retain form autofill or downloaded files according to your own settings.
Hosting and technical requests
The hosting provider receives ordinary technical requests when you visit, including information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use essential security or access cookies. The site emits a successful-enquiry event for analytics integration after the email service accepts the submission. This event excludes contact details, free-text answers and travel dates. Optional Google Analytics 4 (G-G0HYEZBD8J) loads only after you accept analytics. It measures pages, expedition views, form starts, contact clicks and confirmed enquiry submissions. Enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text requirements and travel dates are excluded from analytics events. Change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. No advertising pixels are installed.
Questions, corrections or deletion
For information you have sent to Chetan, request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@cksafaris.com. Any records that must be kept for applicable legal or accounting requirements will be identified when the operating policy is finalised. A formal privacy contact, retention schedule and service-provider register must be completed before paid bookings launch.
Future payments
No payment details are collected here. A future hosted checkout is intended to handle payment information directly with the selected provider, without CK Safaris storing card details. This notice will be updated before that functionality is activated.
